This pandemic is requiring all companies, regardless of their digital transformation stage, to quickly enable robust remote working infrastructures.

At the same time, workers are logging in from home, which quite frankly, can feel like being a fish out of water if you’re used to being in an office 40 hours a week.

It’s a challenging situation for everyone.

In order to provide some actionable tips, advice and information for both employers and employees, I joined my business partner, Chelsea Andrews, and brilliant tech industry expert, Diana Adams, who is ACN certified and enables work-from-home environments.

Watch our discussion below, where we unpack a lot, including:

  • What are the options for employers needing to establish or upgrade their remote working infrastructure?

  • How do companies transition from an internal server to the cloud? Are there options for companies that want to do a hybrid option and do a little bit of both?

  • How can employees create a work environment at home that optimises productivity, even in small confined spaces?

  • After the pandemic clears up, do we think employers will continue to let their teams work from home?

  • And finally, what is a conversation about working from home without a few funny remote working stories? We share a few of our favourites.

(Spoiler) This image does a pretty good job of summarising part of our conversation:
